Does DBX ONE replace our accountant, Dext, Xero or QuickBooks?
No. Existing bookkeeping and accounting controls stay where they are. DBX ONE focuses on the supplier-review and stock work that still reaches the practice.
Does STOCKROOM require GPs, nurses or locums to scan every item they use?
No. STOCKROOM is built around the person who already checks and replenishes rooms. Routine point-of-care logging is not required.
What does the free INSIGHTS trial include?
The first run is produced at Practice Pro level using one supported month of supplier documents, up to 100 files. It is delivered through a private hosted route so the practice can judge the full output before paying.
How does a practice pay if it continues with INSIGHTS?
Paid continuation can use Bacs Direct Debit, card or Apple Pay through Stripe, or invoice and bank transfer where offered.
Is there a minimum contract?
There is no fixed minimum term. Any continuation terms are shown before the practice agrees.
How is supplier data handled?
DBX ONE publishes detailed confidentiality, privacy and DPA information before submission, including the current AI-assisted processing workflow and retention controls. Patient records are outside scope.

DBX ONE started while I was at medical school. On GP placements, I kept hearing how small recurring admin jobs consumed time because information was spread across invoices, spreadsheets and older systems.
The aim is simple: take repetitive work out of the day so practice staff can spend more time on the jobs that actually need them. INSIGHTS reduces supplier-document review; STOCKROOM reduces stock checking, replenishment planning and shortage chasing.
