Our story
Hi, my name is Dillon.
DBX ONE started while I was at medical school. On GP placements, I kept hearing practice managers describe how much time disappeared into recurring admin, and I saw how easily another piece of software could add a process rather than remove one.
Those early conversations shaped INSIGHTS around the monthly supplier-review workload. Conversations with the people who actually handle clinical stock then shaped STOCKROOM around room replenishment, deliveries and shortages.
Early practices are worked with closely. I would rather adapt the product to a real workflow than ask a practice to change a process that already works just to suit DBX ONE.
